P5 Revision Course
Has your child mastered the P5 topics?
The P5 revision course revises content that have been taught in Primary 5.
Your child is given the opportunity to ask questions and correct misconceptions in understanding.
From this revision, students will be able to know how much more effort they need to put in before the exams.
The teachers will also guide the students with skills and techniques to increase their confidence and improve their scores by 10 – 12 marks.

P5 English Revision Course
The English revision course covers all the components needed to bring mediocre results to outstanding achievements.
- Grammar: Students will understand the different tenses and how to use them.
- Cloze: We will zoom in on the details which would be clues for students to identify.
- Comprehension: Students will be taught how to analyse passages by summarising each paragraph while question types as well as ways to paraphrase will be introduced.
- Synthesis and Transformation: Exploring different word forms and how a sentence structure can be transformed systematically.
- Creative Writing: Students will be tasked to plan their story ahead so that they write with an end in mind, developing the story to its full potential.
P5 Maths Revision Course
Many students often struggle with problem sums and are unable to even begin solving the question. Using the H.I.T. model, students will be first taught how to Highlight Keywords from the question, Identify the Concepts and be able to Think of the First Step on their own.
- These concepts will be taught to them step-by-step,
- allowing the students to understand the strategies behind each concept.
- We will also be highlighting all the common mistakes made by students and how to avoid them.
- Lastly, imparting the exam skills and answering techniques for them to ace their exams.

P5 Science Revision Course
The P5 Science Revision Course consists of 5 lessons during the September holiday.
Students will recap lower and upper block concepts before attempting commonly tested exam questions.
They will practice structuring accurate and relevant answers in class with guidance on correct and systematic thought processes.
Students will be exposed to data analysis, experimental-based questions, and explanation questions.
- Recap of all P3 and P4 topics, and reinforce P5 topics: Cycles and Systems.
- Practice commonly tested exam questions with a focus on upper block topics.
- Exposure to data analysis, experimental-based questions, and explanation questions.
